This Platform is NOT a dating service, escort service, or adult entertainment platform. Any use of the Platform for illegal, sexual, or inappropriate purposes is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Users must provide accurate, truthful information during registration and maintain accurate profile information at all times.

Companions agree to: • Provide only the services listed in their profile • Maintain professional and respectful conduct at all times • Not engage in any form of sexual services • Honour confirmed bookings or provide adequate notice of cancellation • Accurately represent themselves in their profiles

Clients agree to: • Treat all companions with dignity and respect • Not request sexual or illegal services • Honour confirmed bookings and payment agreements • Provide accurate information when making bookings • Not share companion personal contact details without consent

Companion rates are set independently by each companion. Want Some Company may charge a service fee on transactions made through the Platform. All payments must be processed through our secure payment system. Off-platform payments are not covered by our protections.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described therein. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms, inappropriate conduct, or any activity that harms the community. Users may terminate their accounts at any time through the account settings.

Want Some Company acts as a platform connecting independent companions and clients. We are not responsible for the conduct of users or the quality of services provided. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
