By accessing or using the Want Some Company platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users of the Platform, including friends, clients, and visitors.

Want Some Company is a professional connection platform that connects individuals seeking social connection, event friends, and lifestyle experiences with friends who provide these services. This Platform is NOT a dating service, escort service, or adult entertainment platform. Any use of the Platform for illegal, sexual, or inappropriate purposes is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Users must provide accurate, truthful information during registration and maintain accurate profile information at all times.

Friends agree to: • Provide only the services listed in their profile • Maintain professional and respectful conduct at all times • Not engage in any form of sexual services • Honour confirmed bookings or provide adequate notice of cancellation • Accurately represent themselves in their profiles

Clients agree to: • Treat all friends with dignity and respect • Not request sexual or illegal services • Honour confirmed bookings and payment agreements • Provide accurate information when making bookings • Not share friend personal contact details without consent

Friend rates are set independently by each friend. Want Some Company may charge a service fee on transactions made through the Platform. All payments must be processed through our secure payment system. Off-platform payments are not covered by our protections.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described therein. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms, inappropriate conduct, or any activity that harms the community. Users may terminate their accounts at any time through the account settings.

Want Some Company acts as a platform connecting independent friends and clients. We are not responsible for the conduct of users or the quality of services provided. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.

Want Some Company is not currently a registered NDIS provider and is not currently registered to provide Australian Government-funded aged care services. Want Some Company is not affiliated with, approved by or endorsed by the NDIA, NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, My Aged Care, Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission or Australian Government. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, services promoted through the platform are general private-pay connection services. Want Some Company does not guarantee that a booking, membership fee, host rate, platform fee, travel cost, activity cost or other charge can be funded or reimbursed through an NDIS plan, My Aged Care or another government program. Users are responsible for obtaining their own advice or confirmation about funding eligibility before booking. A host's individual registration, qualification, screening clearance or relationship with another provider does not make Want Some Company itself registered. No host may claim registration, qualifications, screening or government approval through the platform unless the information has been independently verified and approved for publication by Want Some Company.

Want Some Company is a strictly platonic social-connection marketplace. Unless expressly identified in a separate verified service arrangement, hosts do not provide nursing, medical treatment, counselling, personal care, medication administration, behaviour support, restrictive practices, financial management, emergency response or other regulated professional services.
