2. Professional Conduct
Want Some Company is a professional companionship platform. All users — both companions and clients — are expected to maintain professional standards:
• Be punctual and reliable for all confirmed bookings
• Communicate promptly and clearly regarding scheduling changes
• Present yourself honestly and accurately in your profile
• Keep interactions within the scope of agreed services
3. Safety First
Your safety and the safety of others is our highest priority:
• Always meet for the first time in public places
• Let someone you trust know your plans
• Trust your instincts — it's okay to leave a situation that feels unsafe
• Report any concerning behaviour to our safety team immediately
• Do not share sensitive personal information (home address, financial details) until trust is established
4. Honesty & Authenticity
Our community is built on trust. All members must:
• Use real photos and accurate descriptions in their profiles
• Be transparent about experience, skills, and availability
• Not misrepresent age, identity, or qualifications
• Provide honest, constructive reviews and feedback
5. Prohibited Behaviour
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension:
• Soliciting or offering sexual services of any kind
• Harassment, intimidation, or threatening behaviour
• Sharing another user's personal information without consent
• Creating fake profiles or impersonating others
• Using the platform for commercial solicitation unrelated to companionship services
• Discriminating against users based on race, gender, religion, disability, or sexual orientation
6. Booking & Cancellation Etiquette
Respecting each other's time is a core community value:
• Provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations where possible
• If you need to cancel last-minute, communicate as soon as possible
• Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in account restrictions
• Companions should honour confirmed bookings or notify the client promptly
7. Reviews & Feedback
Reviews help build trust in our community. When leaving feedback:
• Be honest and constructive
• Focus on the experience, not personal attacks
• Do not leave fake or incentivised reviews
• If you have a dispute, contact our support team rather than using reviews to settle it
8. Reporting Violations
If you witness or experience a violation of these guidelines, please report it:
• Use the in-app reporting feature on any profile or booking
• Email our safety team at safety@wantsomecompany.com
• All reports are treated confidentially
• We investigate all reports and take appropriate action
