Frequently Asked Questions

Is Want Some Company a registered NDIS provider?

No. Want Some Company is not currently registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and does not hold an NDIS provider registration number.

Can I use NDIS funding to book a host?

Want Some Company does not guarantee that a booking can be paid for or reimbursed using NDIS funding. Bookings are currently offered as private-pay companionship services. Funding eligibility depends on the participant's individual plan, funding management and applicable NDIS rules. Obtain your own confirmation before booking.

Can self-managed or plan-managed participants use an unregistered provider?

In some circumstances, self-managed and plan-managed participants may use unregistered providers. This does not mean every service is an NDIS support or that every cost can be claimed. Want Some Company does not determine whether a booking is claimable.

Are individual hosts NDIS registered?

Do not assume that a host is registered. Want Some Company will only display an independent provider-registration status after the exact legal entity, ABN, registration number, registration groups and current registration status have been separately checked.
